Privacy notice

When you submit the contact form or the project brief, we receive the information you type: your name, email address, and optionally your company, telephone number, selected services, budget range, timeline and the message itself. Nothing is collected that you have not entered.

The site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics pixels. Server logs may record your IP address and user agent for security and rate-limiting purposes, and are retained briefly for that reason only.

To answer your enquiry. That is the entire purpose. We use your details to reply, to prepare a proposal if one is requested, and to correspond about the work.

We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent a message.

Form submissions are transmitted to our email inbox over TLS via our mail provider. The message is stored in that mailbox and in the email client used to read it.

The website itself does not persist submissions to a database. If we later introduce a CRM, this notice will name the processor and the retention period before that goes live.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an active or completed engagement is retained as long as required for the contract and for our accounting and legal obligations.

If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will confirm in writing once it is done.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@ressan.ventures. We will respond within thirty days.

If you are in a jurisdiction with a data protection authority and you are not satisfied with our response, you are entitled to complain to that authority.

This site loads fonts and, where applicable, scripts from infrastructure providers necessary to serve the pages. We do not embed advertising networks, social media pixels or session-recording tools.

If any of that changes — for example if we add analytics — the change will be reflected here first, with the provider named.
