01
The problem
Volume and luxury inventory do not belong in the same shop window. A buyer spending on a prestige vehicle needs fewer options, more detail per vehicle and a faster route to a conversation.
02
The approach
We split the luxury line into its own experience with a quieter visual language and larger imagery, keeping the same inventory source so operations are not duplicated.
03
The outcome
One operations team now serves two clearly differentiated buyer experiences from a single inventory.
